Nov 17, 2015 @ 3:47pm. Another trick: tweak any of GTA's mouse settings (sensitivity, inversion, etc), and when you go back into the game the mouse will work. Fortunately you can get through the intro mission without any mouse use. (just) :) FYI: Mine is a clean (steam) install of GTA on a clean install of Win10.
